Dear Friends,
The promise to eat well and live a longer, healthier life is one that we all want
to make, and now is the perfect time to begin. Twenty years ago, I was 25 pounds
overweight and suffering from poor health and fatigue. It was then that I vowed
to take the steps that changed my life, and now I want to share with you the most
important wisdom that I have learned along the way.
